Pre-Order & Processing Policy
After your order is placed, the wig is received by us from our trusted production partner within 3–4 business days. Once the unit arrives, it will be carefully inspected, styled, and prepared for shipment.
Processing and preparation ensures each client receives a ready-to-wear, professionally finished unit.

Inspiration Photos & Styling
Clients may send inspiration photos for styling preferences to:

Inspiration photos are used as a reference only.
While I will style your wig as closely as possible to the requested look, exact replication is not guaranteed due to variations in:
• Hair texture
• Hair length
• Hair density
• Curl pattern
• Styling techniques
Each wig is hand-styled individually, which means slight variations may occur while still maintaining the overall style and quality.

Product Appearance Disclaimer
Due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings, actual product color, texture, or density may vary slightly from images shown on our website or social media platforms.

All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Hair products are considered personal-use items and cannot be resold once delivered.

Luxe Wigs Collection Policy
The Luxe Wig Collection features wigs that are professionally styled and sold exactly as shown in the product photos.

These units are pre-styled signature looks and are not customizable.

The wig you receive will be styled as shown in the product listing, and additional styling requests or alterations are not available for this collection.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, and length selections carefully before purchasing.

Due to the nature of hair products and styling preparation, all Luxe Wig Collection purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Styling Disclaimer
Each wig is hand-styled individually, therefore slight variations may occur while still maintaining the overall look and quality of the style shown.

Processing & Shipping
Luxe Wig Collection wigs follow the same processing and shipping timeline listed in our store policy.

Virgin Hair Bundles & Lace Closure Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all virgin hair bundles and lace closures are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.
Hair extensions must remain unused, uninstalled, uncut, uncolored, and in their original packaging.

Once bundles or closures have been opened, installed, combed, washed, cut, colored, or altered in any way, they are considered used and cannot be replaced or refunded.
Please carefully inspect your order before installation.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not permitted.

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed and prepared within 3–5 business days once the wig has arrived to us for styling.

Total estimated processing and shipping time is 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please note:
• We do not accept rush orders
• Processing times may vary during high-volume sales periods

Payments
All payments must be submitted through PayPal for secure and protected transaction processing.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

Shipping Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Flawless Touch Wigs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Flawless Touch Wigs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Order Issues & Discrepancies
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
