How do the process works?
- Orders are accepted on first come, first serve basis. Each month will have a selected number of Create-A-Wig order available. Each slot is for one custom wig ONLY. Your slot is only Guaranteed when payment has been made.

How do I order my Flawless Touch Create-A-Wig?
- All Create-A-Wig inquires must be made thru flawlesstouchwigs website under Create-A-Wig category. Please select wig style of your choice and complete purchase order online. No pickup or drop off orders. If you would like a different style please email me a picture of the look you would to have recreated.
How do I pay for my Flawless Touch Custom Wig?
- Payments are made thru PayPal or Debit/Credit card ONLY. Full balance must be paid prior to shipping. By placing your order you agree that you cannot cancel or receive a refund.
- After 48 hours of non payment a $10 storage fee will be applied. FAILURE TO PAY IN FULL AFTER 30 DAYS OF NON PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN YOUR Create-A-Wig BEING SOLD
How do I get fitted for a Custom Wig?
- There is a standard measurement sheet, which is on website and will be sent out to all custom orders. Lay or braid your hair as flat as possible before measuring and please be sure measure at least 3 times before submitting measurements. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements once order submitted.
Can I send my own hair?
- Yes. You can provide your own hair for a unit to be made. Please label lengths on each individual bundle. **Having a wig created is an investment. I will only accept high quality 100% virgin or raw hair. For closure and frontal lace must be Transparent or HD. Unacceptable hair and lace will be returned with refund.

Do you accept previously-used hair?
1. Pre-used hair should be Washed and Completely dry, free of excessive oils, and not cut no longer than trim (2 to 6 inches)
2. Pre-used hair should be detached from previous wig unit & all thread or glue should be removed completely from wefts.
3. Pre-used hair should be in individual packaging based on length. (Please label all hairs)
Please note: After 3 bundles there is an additional $25 charge for more bundles to be installed
Why do you cut hair wefts?
- When using a sewing machine it is essential to cut the wefts after each row is sewn down. To insure the wig isn't bulky and it lays flat, it is a must to cut the wefts after each row. All remaining hair wefts will be returned to you.
Will my wig be glueless?
- For closure wigs yes you can wear without glue but for Frontals you will need a sort of install such as (Gots 2B Glu spray or gel, Ghost Bond, Bold Hold) or assistance of a professional hairstylist.

How long does it take for my wig to be made?
- Local orders production time is completed within 7 to 14 business days from date of purchase. Out of town orders within 14 to 21 business days.
BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Shipping time is usually 2-3 business days after production is completed
Do you do rush orders?
- No I do not do rush orders. Please allow the proper time for your wig to be made. Local orders 7 to 14 days. Out of town orders 14 to 21 days. When your wig is shipped to you a tracking number will be provided to the email address you have given during checkout. All packages sent will require a signature.
Do you color hair?
- No I do not for clients who provide their own hair for Create-A-Wig Orders because I do not know the background of vendors providing your hair so I will not know how the hair provided will react to chemicals.
- Yes for clients who purchase hair from Flawless Touch Wigs because I know the background of vendors hair reaction to chemicals.
Will you send photos of finished product?
- Yes! Photos of finished product will be sent for review before shipping
